in Answer Booklet (1) After the completion of the written examination conducted by the Commission, first and second marks should be placed in the answer book.
(2) For the purpose of testing the answer sheet through the electronic system, the barcode can be used as specified in the answer sheet.
(3) If a barcode is used as per sub-section (2), a separate code number need not be used.
(4) Except as otherwise provided by the Commission, the responsibility of placing or causing to be placed the first mark in the answer book shall be the responsibility of the relevant division head of the Commission.
(5) After putting the first mark in the answer book, the second mark will be put by the Secretary of the Commission.
(6) The sealing of the first mark in the answer book shall be done by the Secretary of the Commission or the staff appointed by him and the sealing of the second mark by the Chairman of the Commission or the member appointed by him or the staff of the Commission.
(7) After the written request from the concerned branch to publish the results of the written examination, the sealed copy of Ardhakatti should be provided to the concerned branch.
